Damaged Goods:
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at Bfreeorganics@gmail.com
Please include your order number for the most expedient service. We will need photos to file for a claim, in order to resend you new goods.
Returns/Exchange Restrictions:
* Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

We take pride in our reputation for our quality and value. However, on rare occasions, a defective product may be shipped to you accidentally or damaged while in transit. If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will happily provide you with a replacement item for you at no additional cost. You have 48 hours after delivery date to obtain a replacement of the damaged/defective item.
Only items purchased on Bfreeorganics.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from retail stores

By law we are not required to give refunds of bulk orders. It will be left to management to decide if your company will receive a refund. If, applicable, a 20% restocking fee will apply, once product is returned, upon a 30 day review. Please note that, because we are a small business and handmake each order, we will not know if products has been opened. This returned product is considered tampered with and in most cases will no longer be sold to customers.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe only.
Multiple addresses
At this time, we do not ship to more than one address per order.
Maximum Purchase
You may purchase up to five units of each item.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling)
